1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the VisaParth website (visaparth.com) or engaging our consultancy, documentation, and advisory services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Services & Advisory Scope

VisaParth is an independent educational and visa consultancy firm. Our services are limited to:

• Providing information regarding educational institutions, courses, and general eligibility criteria.
• Reviewing and assisting with the compilation of application dossiers, academic resumes, and statements of purpose.
• Guiding applicants through publicly available visa requirements, biometric scheduling, and document checklists.

VisaParth is NOT a government body, embassy, consulate, high commission, or official immigration authority. We do not hold statutory authority to issue visas, grant admission, award scholarships, or alter governmental processing timelines.

3. Absolute No-Guarantee Policy

In adherence to strict professional ethics and regulatory guidelines, VisaParth does not and cannot guarantee:

• The approval, issuance, or fast-tracking of any visa, permit, or travel document.
• Admissions acceptance into any specific foreign college or university.
• The award of financial aid, tuition fee waivers, or scholarships.
• Employment, job placements, or permanent residency outcomes in any destination country.

All decisions regarding admissions and visas are made solely and independently by the relevant university admissions committees and sovereign governmental immigration authorities (e.g. UKVI, US Department of State, IRCC, Australian Department of Home Affairs).

4. Client Responsibilities & Truthfulness

As an applicant engaging our consultancy, you agree and warrant that:

• All information, academic credentials, financial records, and personal statements provided to VisaParth are 100% authentic, accurate, and verifiable.
• You will disclose any previous visa rejections, deportations, travel bans, or criminal records accurately to our team before filing.
• You will not submit falsified, forged, or altered documentation. Submitting fraudulent materials is a severe legal violation that results in immediate termination of services without refund and potential reporting to statutory authorities.
• You will adhere to deadlines provided by our counsellors for document submission, deposit payments, and embassy appointments.

5. Fees & Financial Terms

Our professional service charges are clearly itemized in writing prior to formal engagement. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed formal contract:

• VisaParth consultancy charges cover professional advisory hours, file audits, and administrative coordination, and are non-refundable once documentation work has commenced.
• Third-party costs — including university application fees, courier charges, translation charges, biometric fees, visa application fees, SEVIS fees, health surcharges (IHS), and medical examinations — are paid directly to the respective third-party bodies and are non-refundable under all circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisaParth, its proprietors, counsellors, and associates shall not be liable for:

• Any rejection, refusal, delay, or cancellation of a visa or university application by an embassy, consulate, or institution.
• Changes in immigration statutes, visa quotas, minimum wage thresholds, or policy rules enacted by foreign governments before, during, or after your application.
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost travel tickets, accommodation deposits, or tuition deposits incurred as a result of consular delays or visa refusals.

In all circumstances, VisaParth’s aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to the actual professional consultancy fee received by VisaParth directly from the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, text, website designs, structural graphics, and proprietary documentation guides published on this website are the intellectual property of VisaParth and are protected by applicable intellectual property legislation. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
